They had at least one large tent up outside with chairs plus folks also sat in the open. It was a somewhat treed area.

Putting chairs back after Sunday School. Rosy & I had 67 students in our class from 8 -12 years old. I gave them each a CLP reading through the Bible chart with my address on it for a free gift once they fill it totally out. :-) I had ordered 70
thinking I had scads of plenty...I think that was a God thing!
Getting ready to serve lunch. Very efficient. Good food. Till the last tables were filled the first ones were emptied, cleaned and ready. You didn't have to carry water or cups. Both provided at the table.
Some sort of home made pool game that was a huge hit.
